I have spent my professional life being the "person in the room" who balances the hard data of business growth with the human reality of the employee experience. It is the invisible infrastructure supporting the people behind the product. That infrastructure must be solid.

I’ve seen firsthand what happens when a company’s growth outpaces its people strategy. It’s chaotic, it’s stressful, and it’s avoidable. Throughout my career, I’ve made it my mission to step into that chaos and build stability. I work with founders and leadership teams navigating this growth to help them build strong, scalable teams without losing what made the company special in the first place.

I am a firm believer in the power of a balanced life. When I am not working, I prioritize time with my husband and our two sons in the northern suburbs of Chicago. We love being outdoors and staying active with the boys' sports, and when the weather permits, you will find us out on our boat. We are also music lovers and feel lucky to have such incredible live performances so close to home!
